destination weddings with Martha Stewart
Destination Wedding News Tips Ideas
Planning a destination wedding can be a tough task. But now Martha Stewart has a new option. The wedding guru of entertaining is offering packages to brides and grooms an impeccably stylish, colour–co-ordinated wedding day. It all takes place on a destination wedding island.
Martha Stewart with Sandals, a privately held company with resorts in Jamaica, St. Lucia, Antigua and the Bahamas. The partnership helps in the growing trend of "destination weddings," where the bridal party and guests fly to a tropical location for their wedding.
Martha Stewart says that destination weddings are increasing in popularity, with 31% of brides between the ages of 21 and 30 planning to get married abroard .
Designer weddings in exotic locations might seem like a Hollywood wedding during these tough economic times, but they're usually cheaper than a wedding at home. That's the reason Couples and guests see it as a vacation, they can travel and have the experience with you
An average destination wedding usually costs the bride and groom $7,000 to $15,000, at home have spent the average of $27,000 to get married
The Martha Stewart wedding ranges from free with a six-night stay for the most basic package, to US$6,000 for the most luxe, plus $280 to $665 per person per night. The bride and groom pick a theme, such as "Vision in White" or "Seaside Serenade," and the resort takes care of everything from the cake to the bouquet.
Sandals already does over 10,000 weddings a year so with Martha Stewart this will be a great marriage. Ian Johnson Photo destination wedding photographer as your wedding photographer ... now that is good.

Caribbean Cruise weddings are getting popular

Few years ago I photographed on a wedding cruise with the Royal Caribbean it really was an amazing experience. Great news for wedding couples looking to get married in a beautiful location without any problems Cruise's now offer a variety of wedding services to help you plan a cruise wedding or a shoreside ceremony. Combine with a romantic cruise honeymoon visiting three or four countries.
Booking a cruise wedding cant be any easier, just contact a ship wedding coordinator they will arrange ceremony, menu, cake, flowers and music.
Many agents say nothing beats the Caribbean and Bahamas as favorite wedding destinations. It’s a lot easier to tie the knot either at sea or in ports around the globe. More cruise lines now offer shipboard wedding packages, amenities and wedding planning services, including legal marriages performed by ships’ captains. On Royal Caribbean the line I travelled with , betrothed couples can exchange vows while climbing the ships’ rock walls or ice skating or even catching the waves on the shipboard surf simulator. The Royal Romance package features an hour wedding ceremony aboard ship or onshore on embarkation day
Its not just the Caribbean, Mexico, and Bermuda european cruises also exist Greek Islands , Santorini , Mykonos , Florence , Rome or Venice.
